Shipping & Returns


  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal.
  • NOTE: Due to the large volume of credit card fraud, we may request you to provide the telephone number of the bank that is listed on the back of your credit card. We will then verify your billing information thoroughly with the issuing bank. You will receive notice within 24 hours after your order is received if we may require any additional information. 
  • We can only ship to the billing address of the card holder. If you would like your order to go elsewhere, please contact your credit card company and list an alternate shipping address with them. This can be accomplished by calling the 800 number on the back of your credit card.

  • Delivery Time Frame: 5-7 business days
  • Larger items may take up to 10-14 business days
  • All items are usually shipped within 48hrs after payment is received. A shipping notification will be sent via email to the email address specified at checkout. You can view carrier and tracking code information by logging into Account via our website.
  • Tracking numbers are updated every 24 hours for your convenience.


Return Policy

  • All products are special order by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective or returned in it's original packaging unopened for exchange only.
  • Any return must be authorized by a representative of  DT Electronics and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise.
  • Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from DT Electronics.
  • No discontinued item may be returned. Some returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 25%, at our discretion.

Please call 1.866.304.4002 or e-mail us at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items; will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s). strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
